She then tells me that she was finished with my nails. I apologized for not hearing her and went and washed my hands. She yelled at me and asked me to go wash my hands. I didn’t hear her when she asked me to go wash my hands with water because I was listening to a podcast. she was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and Displayed a very aggressive behavior. I have never done my nails with her before But when I made my appointment I didn’t ask for someone specific. I just had my nails done With a technician named Katie. Also over heard other clients had issues the day I was in.

2 stars only because you shouldn't have to get a new full set every less than 2 weeks or a fill every week so you dont have problems. Sorry can't get a new set every 2 weeks…unfortunately won't be coming back. Then at they end they tried to charge me for taking off! When something was obviously wrong with the one hand. Only resolution offered was to pay again for a brand new set or take off. I have never had to g et a new set after 13 days. One hand perfectly fine, one hand had started lifting. Something obviously had happened on the one hand.
Came in the next day to have them look at. However, after 8 days I noticed on one hand something started going wrong on day 11 I called and said something isn't right with just one hand. I had 3 services done, all seemed very nice. Love hate, I actually really enjoyed the salon itself.
